Songu Laser Technology’s WIND series line rail type ultra-large format fiber laser cutting machine has a floating structure of the gantry crossbeam, a zero gap ground rail splicing body, and a non-contact capacitive sensing head from Germany, which can enable unmanned monitoring mode. Suitable for carbon steel laser cutting and stainless steel laser cutting.

Zero-clearance machine bed

Zero-clearance assembled machine bed avoids vibration. Secondary annealing of the machine bed eliminates internal stress, and it will not deform during long-term operation;

Bochu control system

Applying Bochu control system with EtherCat bus to achieve fast computing speed, instant response and strong scalability;

Advanced aluminum crossbeam

Crossbeam employs cold drawn & extruded aluminum, with light weight, high rigidity, good dynamic characteristics, high precision and stable structure;

Automated cutting

The processing list can be set at one time to complete the cutting of different plates, different formats and different workpieces and the unattended mode will be extremely helpful under this situation;

PRECIETC capacitive senso

Capacitive sensor head from PRECIETC can automatically find the edge, and auto focus and positioning are available , which is perfectly suitable for cutting of uneven workpiece;

Enhanced deducting system

Zoned dedusting design in the cutting area, dedusting and filtering system of large air volume, both sides of the cutting area are equipped with dust collecting devices and smoke purifier, which achieves complete smoke exhaust.
